We offer different technologies in water treatment :
Sand, Activated Carbon and Iron Removal filters

Sand filters are the most popular method for removal of turbidity from water. It consists of a multiple layers of sand with a variety in size and specific gravity. These Filters are designed to remove turbidity and suspended particles present in the feed water with minimum pressure drop.
Activated Carbon Filters are designed to remove free chlorine, organic matter, odour and colour present in the raw water and waste water. Due to its high degree of micro porosity, activated carbons provide a huge surface area.
Iron Removal Filters are designed to remove the excess Iron content present in the feed water with minimum pressure drop. Most iron filtration systems operate on the principle of oxidizing the iron (oxidation) to convert it from a ferrous (dissolved or soluble) to a ferric or undissolved state. Once the iron is converted to ferric state, it is precipitated on a filter bed.
These filters are offered in Mild Steel, FRP or SS construction with media, piping and associated valves.
Reverse Osmosis System (RO)

Reverse osmosis (RO) is a water purification technology that uses a semi-permeable membrane to remove ions, molecules and larger particles from drinking water. In reverse osmosis, an applied pressure is used to overcome osmotic pressure, a colligative property that is driven by chemical potential differences of the solvent, a thermodynamic parameter. Reverse osmosis can remove many types of dissolved and suspended species from water, including bacteria, and is used in both industrial processes and the production of potable water.
Softener Plant

We call water "hard" if it contains a lot of calcium, magnesium or other minerals. Groundwater acquires these metals by dissolving them from surrounding soil and rocks. Industry measures water hardness in terms of milligrams per litre (mg/L).
Process: Water softening Plants are based on the proven ion exchange process. The Water Softeners are simple in operation, highly efficient and compact units designed to produce soft water efficiently and economically. The Water Softeners are available in different sizes and materials, manually operated or fully Automatic, & ready to install. The Water Softening Plants are available as standard models or custom built versions for specific needs.
Water Disinfection System (Manali NV5000)

Manali NV5000 is a food grade chemical and approved by NAFDAC (Reg No.03-8200). As we all know that Chlorine is the most commonly used water disinfectant and sanitizer, but there is a big question mark regarding its safety and reliability.
Advantages of MANALI NV5000 vs Chlorine
- Unlike Chlorine, it does not generate harmful by-products like THMs, HAAs & MXs, which are linked to cancer, miscarriages and birth defects.
- Kills ALL bacteria & viruses including E.Coli, Algae, Salmonella, Legionella, Mold, Protozoa etc.
- Rapid kill : Disinfects within 1-10 minutes, whereas, Chlorine takes atleast 1 hour.
- Highly effective against Corona Virus.
- It is 10 times stronger than Chlorine.
- Residual effect : Remains effective in water storage tank for 48-72 hours.
- Effective over a wide pH range of 4-12, whereas, Chlorine is ineffective at pH >7.
